Welcome to the inaugural edition of Momrise, a place where we, as fellow moms, come together not just to navigate the mom journey together, but to rediscover and reinvent ourselves, beyond our roles as parents.

How many of you have been introduced as Emma’s Mom, Ben’s Mom, or [insert your child’s name]’s Mom? I know I have! I do have a name of my own?!

This newsletter is a celebration of all of us, as we tap untouched sides of us, and rise together to reach out best selves.

At MomRise, strength lies in community. I am constantly getting lost in the chaos of daily life. Between driving kids around, taking kids to activities, scheduling playdates, and oh yeah – work (eek!), I often lose myself in all the “stuff” of life.

Here we can explore our purposes, ignite our passions, and embrace the endless possibilities that life has to offer.

Purpose: Purpose is about reconnecting with our inner selves and understanding what truly drives us.

Passion: Passion is about the light within us that keeps us going, even when the going gets tough. Finding what excites us, and following through with what fills our hearts with joy.

Possibility: The world is brimming with endless possibility, if only we are brave enough to be open to new possibilities.
